The most sluggish, pathetic Insurance Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...On the 1st June 2018, I informed Standard Bank Vehicle Insurance that my vehicle had been ******. I forwarded the necessary required documentation, case number etc. Approximately two weeks ago the "Assessor" comes to my work place to interview me regarding the events of my vehicle being ******! Today I am informed that they need to acquire CCTV footage of the location where the vehicle was taken!!! Surely the CCTV footage could have been requested earlier and not a whole month later!!!!!! Another delay!!The contract on the courtesy vehicle expires this week, 30 days later and still no solution from you!! Standard Bank Insurance stop giving me the runaround and start providing me with anwers!! i urgently need to know the way forward

ent the requested information through yesterday. Contacted your Insurance this morning AGAIN(spoke to Deon and Lindiwe) as no one was getting back to me!!! I requested a letter of agreement from Standard Bank Insurance as I have to forward these to others parties involved,,I have been advised that I cannot get the letter as the claim has not been finalised , (This after more than a month has passed) and to follow up with the Assessor- Abel ,,who never answers his phone or replies to my messages!! As I have stated before that this is a matter of urgency as I need to return the Loan Car on 7/7/2018. I really regret using this useless Insurance as it is obvious that the staff are *********** and are not doing their jobs!! I need a solution Standard Bank Insurance,,,stop sending me from pillar to post and giving me the runaround!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
