Considering that I'm still waiting for an insurance claim from April 2020 to be resolved I shouldn't be surprised that a simple email query regarding my premium from 19th October 2020 is still not resolved. Even after a complaint here: NOTHING!

Guess it's time for the Ombud and FSCA complaint procedure to take over!
