Hi again Peter I can't thank you enough for your assistance in getting the issue I had with Standard Bank Insurance resolved so timeously. Early this week I shared my experience about the delay in the payment of the cash-back for the Hospital Cash Back Plan and yesterday (3 days later) the money was paid into my account.

I must also thank Nolene Govender a consultant of Standard Bank Insurance for her role in trying to quell my anger and getting the issue resolved within a short space of time.
