The lost SUCH an easy, large, sale!

Got an SMS re life cover - opportune as I was actually getting life quotes already for R10m cover (PPS & Discovery). They called and assured me it would take 5mins to give me a quote. 10mins later and we only just STARTED the medical q's!!! All the way she was assuring me that after a few more questions she'd be able to tell me, at least, how much cover they would extend. I told her to get a supervisor to call me back - that was over a week ago. And I keep on getting more SMS's. I'm literally the easiest, large, sale they could have had! SUCH MUPPETS!
