The incorrect deposit

Hello Peter. Standard Bank called to inform me that they managed to freeze the account and pay me R1500, unfortunately some were withdrawn. I'm still being owed R1490 but at least I got something. I'm awaiting for the balance. Banks are supposed to have the updated customers information at all tine to be able to manage and rectify errors.
