The house is falling apart.

I logged an urgent request on the 14June for my house falling apart and this is my second post to this platform.Guys the cracks in the walls are worse and no one bothered to come and assess the matter,we sleeping with one eye open not knowing when the house will collapse with me and my children in it.The cracks are caused by the water coming out under my house.Will Standard Bank insurance only respond when the house collapsed and I am no longer ?

THIS IS URGENT I WILL NOT BE CALLING 10 TIMES A DAY TO STANDARD BANK FOR ASSISTANCE. I AM STRESSED AND WORRIED.EACH TIME I GET A RESPONSE THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK BUT NOT EVEN A ASSESSMENT HAS BEE. DONE SINCE JUNE 14TH.
