The delay to make decision to repair caused unwarranted damages to the property

I have a property in 3719 Lithemba street Ext 21 Roodekop and pipes connecting the geyser burst around April 2018. The pipe are covered by the ceiling of which now it is getting damage as well. the matter was reported to Standard bank insurance since April. The insurance send an assessor about 4 times as the cupboard ceiling and the pipes are damaged due to the leakage . I wants assistance that the insurance to change all what is damaged as it has been long since he reported the matter .
