The bank does not know where I stay but they financed my property

<p>I registared a claim for lightning damages and they apoint someone from Pretoria to access the damages caused. The Assessor phoned and wanted to know where I live so I explained and the lady said she would call back after talking to the bank. Never did call back. I then called the Insurance again same day to find out what the problem with my address was as I had previous claims and the guy was on time a few times so how is it that the bank can get it wrong in such a short space of time. I was refrred to the policy underwriters to correct this as it read Syferbult Pretoria. The guy helping was very understanding and corrected the mistake. All well I phoned the call centre to ask them to appoint somone that was at my place before and they said no problem. I never afterwards received an sms of a new contractor/assessor. This morning I phoned again just to hear that I still live in Pretoria. Can this be sorted please as I live in a very risky area and this system is not working and my chils lives on that farm alone and The Bank does not Care about that because they cannot prioritise RISK. If the bank cannot get their admin right what can I do then but if your premium mis not paid one have problems of all sorts. Can I please have this sorted now.</p>
