Thank you for not paying funeral policy in times of need

Up until today i have not being paid, i wont recommend this policy to anyone, i will never forget what this bank did to me, if i knew before taking this policy that i will be treated like a ******** i wouldn't have taken it, loosing my mom broke my heart, but not being able do do her funeral the way i wanted 😭😭😭was a nightmare. I dont wish this experience to anyone. I advise for all standard bank clients to take to move their policy to other financial providers.
