I have not been happy with Standard Bank Insurance for their lack of transparency, but I think I should give credit to them when it is due.

Recently submitted a claim for my aunt's funeral and they paid within 7 hours of claim submission.

I was expecting poor customer service as usual but they proved they can offer quality when they are intentional about it.
