I am very please with the service I have received from Standard Bank Insurance. I was assisted by Phumi, who was friendly and easy to talk to. My claim process was quick and efficient, I was kept up to date with the progress of my claim without having to follow up. I put in a claim for a vehicle accident on 20 January 2021 and it was finalised and approved on 25 January 2021.

I appreciate Phumi's patience and service, my experience was not stressful as at all.
