I'm using standard bank insurance since I bought a house via standard home loan and they offer me home insurance. But every time I put the claim they reject the claim. There are claiming that the house is old. But I brought the house from them and they did assess the house and they say the house is in good condition when I bought the house. So now I'm confused how the they insure the house that is old and take premium every month knowing that you won't cover the house pls help me fight this scarm
