Terrible service trying to claim for my dread disease
Absolutely disgusting! I need to claim on my dread disease cover and nobody is getting back to me! I will be closing my Standard bank account. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years and this is what I get. Been paying my credit life for 30 years! Been emailing and phoning for a month.

12 Sept 2020, 11:54Well I got an email requesting the documents needed however now I sit again waiting for an update on my claim....emailed them but no reply...3 weeks and still no further
