TERRIBLE SERVICE - STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from SBIB. I have logged a call regarding a huge hole made by the plumbers that SBIB appointed since early July 2022 and to date I am battling to get SBIB to sort this out. I have a pressed ceiling and every time they send someone to assist they tell us they do not do pressed ceilings. Terrible service from Standard Bank. Ref 22/162628
