Terrible Service-No show

Good Day I would like to complain about Standard bank Insurance Last night at 9 all our Electrical things in our our home went off and everything tripped only to discover our Bb board burnt. I called my insurance with Standard bank.at 9.30 to lodge the complaint....they told me someone will be here at 9 today... I called them at 10 .30 am they said sorry complaint was lodge with a service provider in limpopo They then logged a new claim... So they said someone will be her before 12...I received another sms that the claim went out to limpopo . I'm so upset it's the beginning of the month my fridge was full of meat ..which some I had to Give away now because it's defrosted ... We got someone privately to fix our box... I must say I'm disgusted in Standard banks insurance
