Terrible Service is Standard for this Bank

Drove into a massive pothole last night which destroyed my Tyre. I called Standard Bank Insurance for Road Side Assistance. My call was at 22:20 to request a tow. I was advised that a driver had been assigned and then nothing. No communication. I then called the tow truck driver based on the details provided, he was drunk and had not bothered to leave to help. I then called Standard Bank to advise them that mo help was forthcoming. They then assigned another driver. I called them over the next couple of hours to advise that no help had been received. Everytime they called me they put me on hold and then disconnected the call forcing me to call back. A tow truck eventually arrived and they advised that I should get out of my car and open my boot for this complete stranger so that he could take photos of the boot. I refused as al that had happened was that my tire was not functional and I was not going to put myself at risk by acquiescence to this request sk many hours after my initial call. He then retreated to his truck which housed his girlfriend and refused to help and so did Standard Bank. I eventually drove my car to my brother's home as a last resort. I am disgusted by the treatment from Standard Bank!
