Terrible Service from Standard bank Insure

I never experienced such terrible service or should I say ****, I have been trying to get help from STD Bank call center instead am being sent to pillar to post, today I reached the correct department but the agent couldn't assist me instead she advise that she will transfer me to another department cause she can't find my details, I asked for the superior I was told they are on leave, after that I was transferred to fire department.

It's more than 60days trying to get hold of the Stretch and dent Insure Claim department but am not getting any assistance but money is debited each month
