Terrible service from Standard Bank insurance

I took a car insurance with Standard Bank insurance on the 28th August 2020, I spoke to Luthando Mantjie he promised to send me an email with my policy number but promised to send my policy contract before 15 September and it never happened, I sent him an email as a reminder for my policy documents on the 17 September but until today I have not received the documents, I do not have any document to back me up should I have any problem or even the numbers to contact should I have a problem with the car. When I took the insurance I requested that the debit order should go off on the 15 of every month but they debited 2 days later and again I sent an email to Luthando but I have not received any feedback regarding the documents nor debit date being fixed.
