TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK

Hello, Standard Bank Insurance dept has to be the very WORST in terms of service, they DO not answer their calls when calling the call centre and when you eventually get thru' after holding on for close to 40 mins at any given time, they disconnect the call. They DO NOT respond to emails, messages. Their service providers to assess or even attend to the issues in your home are inadequate and have NO clue what they are doing. I had 8 people come out to my property to attend to my geyser and electricity cables. STILL NOT DONE after 8 days. Still holding on to speak to a consultant after being cut off the previous 2 times. STANDARD BANK SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE PITS AND WE CANNOT KEEP USING THE SAME EXCUSE OF WE ARE GOING THRU' A PANDEMIC. WAKE UP STANDARD BANK ... THE ONLY GAME IS SERVICE .. PLAY IT WELL FED UP WITH STANDARD BANK'S NO SERVICE
