Terrible service experience

Terrible service I'm experiencing from the standard bank insurance. I have put a storm damage claim four weeks again and I've called 5 times and no progress. Assessment on storm damage was done. Useless call centre agents with different stories given every time I call. I need intervention and further damage is occurring in the house. I've been paying for this insurance over 11yrs.
