Terrible Service

I don't even want to give you a star. So I called in on the 15th of October. They told me no problem they aware of the storm and heavy winds, sent out 2 assessors to come and have a look case nr 24/079646. The quotes was submitted nothing I kept having to call eventually I got through to Lethabo, call cut no call back; called back spoke of reneilwe who transferred me to Magadelaine a team leader she told me the frame was not approved only the Electrical fence she was going to escalate to an assessor who was going to check if the gate or frame was maintained and to call me back in an hour no one called I had to call back again I was told werner is the assessor and by cob Friday 8th I should be contacted nothing again I'm so disgusted with Standard an the service I need to get this sorted but no one is willing to work.
