Terrible service delivery & Client Services

It is really sad the service we received today from the insurance department at Standard Bank paying monthly fees and not getting service. The team leader did not want to help and redirected us to the complains department. We logged a call, and the assessor came out and no feedback was provided, I would not recommend these services to anyone - has been and is a struggle to get claims to be sorted out
