Terrible Service!

So disappointed. Been a customer with Standard Bank most of my life. Have a burst geyser and they are not willing to pay the full invoice. Apparently they have specific rates they pay which are lower than what it actually costs to replace a geyser. We were told we could use our own plumber because it was an emergency but now we they tell us we should have used their contractor. Really shocking service!
