Terrible Service

By reading all the reviews I'm wondering if this is even a real insurance ? What happened to customer service We have issue regarding claim, they just don't come back to their clients. We keep phoning with either no answer or the employee cant communicate. What is one to do? I've been a client for over 30 years and this is how they treat you.
