Terrible service!

We've lodged a claim with Standard Bank Insurance on 15 May 2020 for leaking pipes in walls in the kitchen, as well as associated damage caused to the kitchen cupboards. It's a month later and we're still waiting for approval from the ''supervisor" for the service provider to remove and fix the cupboards. It's just promises and promises and nobody gives feedback or take action. The service is absolute terrible and the worst I've experienced in many years!
