TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible experience with the Vehicle Finance department I don't even think a Star is well deserved here. I switched my banking for major payments to a different bank . I sent new Banking details and made a manual payment beginning of November and to date they not updated my profile meaning they will debit an old account again which affects my credit score because that account has no funds. I called over a 100 times with no luck not even a supervisor could help me with this.I emailed my information to a Supervisor named KAGISO and still today he hasn't reverted back to me as promised to confirmed updates and allocations of my payment. This totally unacceptable where their customer service also say they cant open my profile and end up being transferred from one end to the other with no luck. Its such a shame that such a reputable bank can actual be capable of this kind of terrible customer service. I am enough and will definitely begin to look around for another vehicle finance provider and close my accounts with them after over 20 years of banking with them. I AM UTTERLY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE LEVEL SURVICE HERE AND I WILL DEFINATLEY SHARE THIS WITH THIOSE CLOSE TO ME.BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
