Terrible Service

<p>Registered a break in claim on 29th April damage to outbuilding. Claim No 17/031641. Have had basically no follow up. Recieved a mesage on my phone to say that they had appointed a subcontractor and he would phone 2 phone calls 2 no shows!! I have since submitted a quote to SBIB from the people that built the outbuilding. STILL NO REACTION> I NOW HAVE A PROPERTY AT RISK AND A BUIDING I CANNOT US!!</p>
