Terrible Service

<p>Guys, please do not use Standard Bank Insurance. Their call centre consultants are ***********. I bought a new vehicle and cancelled the insurance of that vehicle with them and asked the consultant 4 times if the right amount will go off on the debit order. At all times he confirmed the amount that will go off my account. Well, that did not happen. The full amount went of my bank account. Now that I want my money back, they tell me it will take 7 working days to get my money back. I have given them until today, 3 April 2017 at 15h00 to pay over, as well as the last consultant told me that she will call me within an hour. Well, I am still waiting. At no stage did the consultant that assisted me on 30 March 2017 informed me that there is a waiting period of 7 working days should the debit order go through with the wrong amount. They are quick to take money, can load a debit order to run within 48 hours but now I have to wait for my refund for 7 working days. I am so disgusted. As you know we all work on budgets.</p>
