Terrible service

<p>Claimed in January for storm/flood damage.</p> <p>I have to call in every time to ask about the claim. Not once did I receive a call or sms or email informing the progress. Holding time before you can speek to someone exceeds "Telkom" times!</p> <p>I will certainly terminate my home insurance with them in the near future. </p>
