TERRIBLE RETURN TIME ON CLAIMS

We submitted a claim request for burglary 4 weeks ago, and we have not received a response from the claims department; they have not appointed anyone to come look at the damage done; we are basically living in a hazardous home because our doors were broken and no one came to assist.
