Terrible Insurance

If I could give them 0 I would. My gate motors motherboard due to some sort of power surge due it being extremely old, yet when I called them they could not help me. I pay a lot of money monthly, how is a power surge my fault? Biggest bunch of nonsense. Can't run a business like that. I also had to wait on the line for almost 3 hours over 2 days just to speak to an agent. Terrible service. Will make sure no one I know makes use of your services.
