TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CONSULTANTS

We have claimed for our pool as there is a leak and water has been running out for the last 3 weeks. Firstly, this company has gave myself and my dad the run around on this claim - we having to call them for feedback telling us they cannot provide feedback we need to call the company they sent out for feedback. Then finally when someone was able to assist they told us the pool consultant they sent out said there was nothing wrong with the pool. HOW? IF THE WATER IS RUNNING OUT? HOW CAN YOU NOT GET A SECOND OPINION - with that being said the consultant from Standard Bank told us to get someone to check it out ourselves! WHAT ARE WE PAYING YOU FOR! WE NOW NEED TO PAY PEOPLE OURSELVES TO CHECK OUT THE POOL? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Personally giving this company a rating of 1 is even too much. Today we had to fight them again - we spoke to Sifiso @ 9am and told us they will call back within a hour its now been more than 2 hours and no one has gotten back to us - I WILL TAKE THIS COMPANY TO ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AND TO THE OBUDSMAN IF I DO NOT RECEIVE FEEDBACK BY COB
