Terrible experience, very, very poor! Does anyone even work there?
Absolute waste of time! Called every day for three days, on the phone for more than an hour in each case - no one answers! Absolute nightmare experience - why am I paying R800 for this awful service? My flat is flooded, our water is now brown, and I'm getting a private plumber to do the job - I can't wait for these *********** idiots any more! I'm FUMING!

28 Feb 2019, 15:14my flat is flooded, my water is now brown, my son has now contacted a local plumber and will pay for the repairs for me. He is extremely upset that after a whole week, nothing has been forthcoming! I am changing my homeowners insurance to our own Santam policy, where I know I get a proper service and that a customer is important. You should all be ashamed of your reviews on this forum - it's a disgrace! I will be claiming the money back from you people - that I can guarantee you - if I wait for you lot, there'll be no water left! How on earth can you accept this type of service to your customers?
