Terrible customer service

Probably the worst customer service ever. Registered a claim on 27 January 2021. No feedback. Managed to get hold of them on 19 February 2021. Promised to get back to me within 30 minutes. Still waiting. If they answer their phones it takes forever and they never respond to emails although they claim they will do so within 24 hours.
