Terrible claims process

My mother paid her premiums religiously for many years, in order to have a dignified funeral, but it has been over a week we have claimed for her funeral. I only heard on the 8th day from standard bank that the claim is being registered to be processed only now. I am appalled by this lengthy process. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone.
