Terrible Assistance

<p>We were trying to repair our geyser but were met with excuses after excuses until there was a point of no resolution as far as we could tell. There are no progress reports (even if you call in for one) and they always reply with: "It has been reported." The estimated times NEVER hold. I am terribly disappointed in the "service" and absence of any progress. </p>
