Terible terible service not even 1 star worth

Actually they don't even deserve 1 star... I summitted my claims in JANUARY, I have phoned numerous times and I can never get an answer or they will "PHONE ME BACK". The last conversation that I had with them was with Koketso Manaka on 06-03-2020 at 12H24 and still I have not heard a word from her!!! How long does it take to sort out a claim after I had to e-mail the documents about a 100 times to I don't even remember how many people. This is terrible service, how on earth are they still doing insurance.
