Tedious claims process

I've had enough of standard bank insurance claims procedure and consultants. I've been calling standard bank to log a claim for a funeral policy and it's been very frustrating for me. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't got any assistance. I hold on the line for hours and when I finally get through to someone, they hang up on me.
