Tardy insurance company.
After various claims having either been rejected or minimal amounts paid, waiting 2 months for house to be accepted for rebuilding after fire, I now have waited 2.5 weeks trying to get an answer re our security systems having been struck by lightning. We live on a plot and have no security. Still waiting for feedback.

02 Dec 2024, 10:13Still no contact and unbelievable requests for details going back to 2021. More than 3 weeks waiting. I have to phone them. Mistrust is the name of their game. Had this policy for over 30 years.
