Sunnyside branch underhanded upselling

I am disappointed at my consultant, Mathapelo from the Sunnyside branch. When I took out a loan from her, she signed me up for an insurance policy of R40.50 per month that I did not ask for. I am now told it cannot be cancelled since I signed for it. Credit life insurance forms part of the loan, why would she add another one without my consent?
