(Sub)Standard Bank Insurance - do not assume you are covered

Very willing to collect debit orders, but very unwilling to pay claims. Severe weather caused damage to two perimeter walls, but somehow this a coincidence due to substandard building. Extensive damage in the whole town, but standard bank insists it is due to other factors on a property that they inspected and decided to insure.
