SUB STANDARD BANK INSURANCE-SUCKS !!!!!

This is the way Standard bank insurance treats clients: - My geyser was replaced in May of this year. At that stage, I was not told that the geysers nowadays are bigger (wider) than previously, and that as such, the new geyser could not be accommodated in the bathroom as had always been the case. I arrived home to find the new geyser on the roof with its poles sticking up - a real eyesore !!! When I complained, no one suggested that the geyser could be put behind the building, hidden from general view, which would have looked a lot better. Neither did they tell me that moving the geyser back into the bathroom would mean that the builders could not enclose it. When the builders arrived, they discovered that they would not be able to enclose the geyser, as it was too wide. The builders materials were then left lying around at my premises while I struggled for over THREE months to get Standard bank to review the case. No assessor was sent, no one called me back until very recently. All they then did was get back to me with a refusal to move the geyser behind the building, and a vague promise to compensate me for the fact that the geyser can not be enclosed. Now I will need to move the geyser at my own expense and re-tile the whole bathroom, as they no longer make the same kind of tiles currently on my bathroom wall. This is BEYOND DISGUSTING STANDARD BANK (perhaps this should be changed to SUB STANDARD BANK ) insurance. I wish I could post the pictures of what my bathroom looks like now !!!! I will be moving my insurance from (sub) standard bank insurance very shortly!!!!!!!

It already has been through your complaints department (after 3 months of inaction). They are the ones who came back to me with the pathetic response I previously outlined.
Below picture is what I am expected to live with:-
IN WHOSE WORLD CAN THIS POSSIBLY BE ACCEPTABLE-I want the geyser moved by Standard Bank (at their cost) to an acceptable location (not as an eyesore on my roof) and compensation for the fact that I now have to re- tile my whole bathroom!!!!!
