Struggling with the cancellation of my credit life insurance for months now

I am new home owner , I took a home loan with standard bank that i do not regret they really help me a lot with me being able to purchase a house. Then credit life insurance cover was included in my home account no one explained that to me, fine I understand. Now i have been trying to cancel the insurance for months now, no one is assisting me in the credit life cessions department. I explained that i want to cancel the cover because I already have one with another insurance company with the same benefits. Imagine I am paying two premiums every month for the same service plus the bond amount. standard bank please assist already you are gain with the high bond installment that I pay every month, please allow me to pay my existing insurance cover as it is more cheaper than your credit life insurance premiums.
