Struggling to Claim

Hi

Please can I have feedback regarding the above claim. Assessor came out on 20/03/2019 and to date I have not received progress on the claim.

This service I am receiving is really bad and when I call the call centre I am holding on for 15 minutes at a time. It is frustrating guys. Please can this now be resolved already. Been trying to get this sorted out since 09/03/2019. Ridiculous.
