Structure insurance policy standard ban****!Stay far away!!!!!
This has to be the worse insurance IN SOUTH AFRICA. There are continuous battles with this company and they incompetence. I had problems with their car insurance service it was canceled. Now I'm having problems with they structure insurance. After continuous bad weather, tremors and storm damage to my roof of my property. I phoned to lodge a claim. They are now saying it's maintenance. Absolute rogues and a ********** company. Poor service and I am disgusted. Please stay away far from standard bank insurance on any coverage they are exorbitant and have no ethics. I've been a loyal customer 20+ years doesn't matter to this bank.

07 Nov 2019, 13:15I'm awaiting your phone call as this is urgent. As my roof is leaking prefusely. The assessor who you assigned does not know his job, he couldn't figure our where the leak is he went up twice and said it's the geyser he then goes on to my roof and said it's storm damage.Really shocking how standard banks treats they customers. I'm canceling every policy I have taken with your company all funeral, my bond and my banking.

My God I'm gonna sue this bank for damages and make sure every social media and newspaper hears about this.im tired of this bank insurance.
