Storm damage Honeydew

I lodged a claim on 09 October 2017 around 4:30pm regarding our damaged house in Honeydew. Our roof tiles has been thrown away making it unsafe for us and kids (kids 5 years and 14 months old) to sleep in the house. We were allcoated an assessor and a builder who only pitched on 10 October 2017 after several phone calls to the Standard Bank insurance and the repairer. The repairer told us that Standard Bank has approved an emergency maintenance of which repairer only arrive now at 17:30 with no required materials and nothing has been done. We asked Standard Bank insurance for an alternative accommodation as we have small kids with one having a chronic condition. The repaired organised some accommodation a studio which was a disgrace for a family of five with no closed room (2 kids, parents and a helper). No assistance at all. We expect the insurance to put us back to the position we were before the storm within a reasonable time.
