Storm Damage Claim

I am still to date trying to get hold of someone at Standard Bank Home Insurance to finalise my claim.I have sent numerous emails to date no one has contacted me at all This is utter ******* service that a Bank can be so inconsiderate that when a claim takes place it take forever to finalise PLEASE CAN I BE CONTACTED TO FINALISE THIS
