Storm damage

Our house got damaged with the storm/flood. The entire house was flooded. Standard Bank appointed carpenters and Builder accessor. However, the carpenters only did the bottom built-ins in the kitchen and left the top as is because it was not affected. Now the top and bottom and two different set.

The builder/accessor only approved the doors and not the door frames as they say they door frames were not maintained. However, it was put at the same time of the doors and it is not broken. Further to this, the walls need to be painted but this was not put in the report by the accessor. I have not received any feedback regarding this.
