Storm Damage

<p>Morning </p> <p>Logged a Storm damage on 11.05.2016 with Std Bank. Contractor was appointed but could not come out as they did not cover DBN Area. I called Std bank to complain & then they allocated new contractor. New Contractor came to inspect on 12.05.2016 & took some pics of Wall Damage. </p> <p>Call Std bank week later & they confirmed that no Report received as yet. I call Contractor to complain. They then eventually send report days later.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called Std bank again to get status update to find out that according to report from Contractor, its "wear n Tear" so cant claim. I then disputed this & send my own Pics to Std Bank</p> <p> </p> <p>Received SMS to say "feedback due by 14.06.2016". Again i called Std bank on 14.06.2016 to get update as i expected they would called me by now & advise on New Contractor to come out. I was then told someone from Customer complaints in Std will call me as they could not help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Service no ********** 986</p> <p> </p> <p>Since my call on 14.06.2016 to Std, i have not receive ANY CALLS from Std Bank. This is very POOR service!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
