Storm Claim/Useless Assessor

If i could give minus stars i would just not possible on this site.. i will be changing policy's for certain will never stay with such an *********** company covering my house after thats done will change home loan as-well..A storm damage claim was rejected as boundary wall between houses got damaged but wont pay because doesn't feel wall belongs to me but belongs to neighbour they will keep on paying the flooding of inside house but wont re in force wall to sort the problem out.. assessor pretty useless as i have to phone him 10 times before he can actually answer the phone really the most horrible company to date I've heard of..
